New obsession: plum. Sure, maybe it is just a fancy pants word for purple- but it rolls off the tongue just right doesn't it? I paired this navy and plum colored moto-esq jacket over a simple white tee. I went matchy matchy by throwing on these waxed denim pants, also in plum* (there I go again with the plum...) My fave go-with-absolutely-everything black SE boots complete the look.

I also wanted to mention this arrow necklace I haven't been able to take off! The wonderful people at Stella & Dot have actually done an amazing thing which I wanted to share with you guys. My friend Darcie, was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and Stella & Dot have put together this online trunk show in which some of the proceeds go towards Darcie's treatment. Something I have been experimenting with a lot lately is matching. Like REALLY matching. This trend went extinct for a while- actually it traveled in the reverse; mis-match came in and then monochromatic (all, everything, one color) was in and now here we are... back to matching. Sorry was that hard to follow? The moral of the story is it is no longer considered faux paux to find your perfect match.
