Because of my strange eating habits (I'm technically a "Pescatarian" -fish but no meat. I also don't eat cheese- GASP! But I'm not vegan because I still eat dairy, fish and eggs. Yep, it's confusing) Those crazy kids in California!! There is an explanation for my diet but I won't bore you with the details. Anyway! I thought it would be fun to share some "Jessie Safe" -as my family calls it, recipes on the blog. First up is this one for Soy Chorizo Salsa Verde from our friends at "From The Little Yellow Kitchen" I LOVE Soy Chorizo especially this one from Trader Joe's (They have a great Veggie Chorizo as well- if your wary of to much Soy) Perfect for summer- I will definitely be making this this weekend!
